On early October 2020, YM Improvement container ship had collided with another ship nearby Bangkok port. Star Marine Engineering had provided an urgent repair for the damanges at the forecastle store under Lloyd class inspection. The damages requied engineers to pacth up and welding of shell plate and renewal of stiffener.
